User Agreement

1. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the use of chemplast.tilda.ws (“the Website”) owned by ChemPlast Systems (“the Company”). By opening the Website you confirm that you have read and accept its terms.

2. Information on the Website
The Website materials are for reference only. Prices, including the calculator estimates, are approximate and do not constitute a public offer. The final price, lead times and specifications are agreed individually and set out in a contract.

3. Requests
By sending a request you confirm that the data you provided is accurate and that you consent to its processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy. A request is not an order: a manager will contact you to clarify the details.

4. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, the logo and other Website materials belong to the Company or are used with the permission of their owners. Copying or distributing them without the Company’s written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability
The Company strives to keep the information up to date but is not liable for possible inaccuracies, temporary unavailability of the Website, or decisions made solely on the basis of its materials without consulting a specialist.

6. Links to other websites
The Website may contain links to third-party resources and messengers. The Company is not responsible for their content or rules.

7. Changes to the agreement
The Company may change the terms of this agreement. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page.

8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court at the Company’s location.
